How to Initiate a Return:

Products Not Eligible for Returns:
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Customized products
- Washed/used products
- Gift cards
- Sale, clearance, and promotional items
Returns and Replacements are free of cost in case of wrong products, wrong sizes, or damaged items.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped.
Wrong/Damaged Item:
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, returns and replacements are done free of cost.
How Returns Work:
- If eligible for return, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- We will initiate a reverse pickup for eligible returns.
- Shipping charges for return will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If the area is not serviceable for reverse pickup, customers must bear the shipping costs for self-shipment.
- Exchange requests will be accepted only once against the original order.
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date of initiating the return.
Fabric Swatch Option:
If you have concerns about the fabric, we provide free swatches on request. Pay only 50 rupees for shipping to evaluate the fabric before placing the order.
Replacement Timeline:
Once dispatched items reach our warehouse, replacement products will be shipped, adhering to our standard delivery time.
Return Time Frame:
Returns must be initiated within the time frame specified in the Return Policy. We cannot accept returns after this period.
